DURABASE 50

Ideal for conservatories and premium garden rooms. Durabase 50 is designed for typical conservatory builds and lightweight garden rooms. It works perfectly with the Durabase modular wall system or full-height glazing panels, providing a strong, insulated base that’s quick and easy to install.

DURABASE PLUS 100

Perfect for insulated garden rooms and home extensions. Durabase Plus 100 is designed for ground-floor single-storey extensions and highly insulated garden rooms. It is pre-approved for Building Regulations in England and Wales by Stroma, giving you added peace of mind.

DURABASE PLUS 120

How strong is Durabase?

Durabase is engineered to support the weight of uPVC and aluminium conservatories, as well as everyday furniture and foot traffic. When installed correctly, it provides a durable and stable foundation.

Can Durabase be installed on uneven ground?

Yes. Durabase can be levelled using a compacted sub-base and adjustable supports, allowing it to cope with minor ground unevenness far more easily than traditional bases.

How long does installation take?

In most cases, a Durabase foundation can be installed in one day, compared to several days for a traditional concrete base.

Is Durabase weather resistant?

Yes. Durabase is manufactured from durable, moisture-resistant materials that will not rot, warp, or degrade when exposed to damp ground conditions.

Can I build decking or flooring on top of Durabase?

Yes. Durabase can support a variety of floor finishes including insulated panels, timber flooring, laminate, vinyl, or tiles (with appropriate overlay boards).

Can Durabase be removed in the future?
